The  Graduate Student   Seminar this semester.   The seminar is   aimed to all graduate students including very new graduate students. Almost all the speakers will be graduate students. The topics of talks will be at all different levels. Some talks will be an introduction to a new subject, while others will presents  Elementary proofs of interesting theorems.

The seminar is an opportunity for graduate students to practice preparing and presenting a talk on a topic different from a recitation with audiences as graduate students and faculty members. All the graduate students are encouraged to participate and give talks. Come and see how and what your fellow graduate students are doing  in their graduate research or study and what you are expected to do when are to  give a presentation (an important part of a job interview).

Please take a few minutes and fill out  your schedule (cross out the time that is  not avalaible)  so I can try to pick up a time that most students can attend.
