AD: "Yes. Although I'd have to say, another thing that's been very helpful is 
being the help in advanced help rooms. It teaches you to think on your feet 
and solve problems that much faster. I wish I had been doing that longer 
because that's really helped me this past year." 

AD: "Yes. I also think grading the upper level classes has really helped my 
proof writing. Because having to be critical of other people's proofs, I think 
I've cleaned up mine a lot." 

AD: "I don't think they really recruit involvement well. I don't think 
involvement in the math grading program is well recruited. I would have liked 
maybe to have started grading sooner. Mass emails are sent out, but nobody ever 
tells you the benefit of doing this, besides a little bit of money. I can 
remember at the time I thought my free time was more important, I didn't see 
it as being productive."
