If you plan to graduate next semester or you have accumulated 100 or more credit hours, then, before enrolling, go to the Office of the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences in 113 Eisenhower Hall and put your name on the graduation sign-up sheet. Applications for graduation are due in the Dean's office 4 weeks after the first week of classes; a more specific date will be available at the start of the semester. We also need you to schedule an exit interview in which an advisor will ask you questions about our program and ways we can improve.
If, during your advising session with your advisor, you have a question, you or your advisor may call Shanna Pumphrey, graduation advisors in the Dean's Office. If you have a question after you have received your graduation check in the mail, please call to make an appointment with Shanna Pumphrey through the Receptionist in the Dean's Office. Bring your graduation check with you to your appointment.
Your mathematics advisor's name is listed on http://www.math.ksu.edu/main/ugrad/AdvisorAssignments.pdf. We encourage you to see your mathematics advisor for advising even if math is not your primary major. Your enrollment time is listed on http://courses.ksu.edu/fall2008/information/ETimeChart.htm. Sophomores and freshmen should work out their schedule shortly before they enroll (because classes tend to fill up). Our mathematics advisors' offices and office hours are listed at http://www.math.ksu.edu/main/ugrad/advising/advoh.htm.
