MATH 500   Mathematical Theory of Interest - Fall 2008

This course provides an extensive introduction to the mathematical theory of interest. Actuaries are expected to complete a sequence of Professional Examinations covering subjects necessary to their work. This course will prepare students to take the second professional examination administered by the Society of Actuaries Exams and the Casualty Actuarial Society. The prerequisite is MATH 221 Analytic Geometry and Calculus II.
