The technology display area is a room for participants to try out popular calculators and software at their own pace. Experienced users are available at scheduled times to answer questions about particular calculators and software, but participants are free to wander in whenever they want and sit down and play with whatever interests them. Since we strive to include the most recent products, we will not be able to list the 2000 TDA contents until shortly before the Expo. More materials to examine are available in the exhibitor area.
The following categories are general guides. The reader should be aware that many software packages fit in several categories, for example most computer algebra systems also provide a mathematical programming language and graphing utilities. To really see what the packages will do, stop by the TDA and take them out for a spin.
