Gene Klotz is the Director of the Math Forum, an online math education community funded in part by the NSF. his interests are albegra and technology in the teaching of mathematics, and he has been teaching and developing visualization tools for calculus. his work includes "A Computer-Communications Forum for Geometry," and "Visual Geometry: A Multimedia Approach."

This will be
based on
our work at the Math Forum, my work with various organizations and various
collaborations. I'll forcus on the more interactive rather than the
static
uses of the web, both your 'interaction via the web' and dynamic web
pages.
Dr. Klotz will also present a second talk with the title "Special Opportunities to make an Impact on Math Education using the World Wide Web."
