The Kansas City Regional Mathematics Technology EXPO

The Kansas City Regional Mathematics Technology EXPO is a forum for mathematics instructors at both the college and secondary levels to demonstrate how they use technology successfully in their teaching, to learn about new mathematics technology, and to discuss the philosophy and future of technology in the mathematics classroom.

The 10th annual EXPO will be held on Friday and Saturday, October 6-7, 2000 at the Richardson Science Center on the campus of Rockhurst University. The schedule includes:

The keynote speaker will be: Keith Stroyan, University of Iowa
The invited speaker on Saturday will be: V. Frederick Rickey, US Military Academy

Attendance for 1999 was 131 participants from 12 states representing 20 four-year institutions, 26 two-year institutions and 12 high schools. This year's EXPO promises to be the best yet.
